As a Sales Marketing Officer (B2C), you will play a key role in promoting personal development programs, public workshops, and coaching services directly to individual customers and communities. Your responsibilities will include executing impactful campaigns, managing leads, and driving participation through digital and community-based engagement. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about personal growth, highly driven in sales, and experienced in digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote personal development programs, coaching services, and workshops to individual customers through social media, online platforms, and community engagement.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost program visibility and drive participant registrations.

  • Achieve sales and participant targets by identifying prospects, following up leads, and converting interest into registrations.

  • Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage and nurture leads efficiently.

  • Build strong relationships with individuals, communities, and influencers to expand reach and trust.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences before, during, and after the programs.

  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the education, training, or lifestyle services sector.

  • Proven ability to drive direct sales through online platforms and community initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
