ABOUT INSTALIMB

Instalimb Inc. is a Japan-founded med-tech company pioneering 3D printing and AI in prosthetics and orthotics. Our mission is to make high-quality prosthetic and orthotic (P&O) care faster, more affordable, and more comfortable for everyone who needs it.

In Indonesia, we work with international organisations and local partners to expand access to digitally fabricated prosthetic services for people affected by diabetes, trauma, congenital conditions, and conflict-related injuries.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to lead B2C and D2C sales activities in Jakarta. You will generate and convert leads, support patient consultations, and collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and cold outreach


• Conduct offline demos and consultations (clinics and home visits) and close sales


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets via D2C channels


• Maintain and update lead and customer databases (basic CRM usage)


• Support marketing and PR activities (social media posts, simple events, basic market research)


• Liaise with customers, caregivers, and internal teams and support visiting international staff

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline


• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)


• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, documents, online tools)


• High ownership, resilience, and motivation to hit targets in a startup setting

PREFERRED


• Experience in B2C or D2C sales, customer support, telecalling, or inside sales


• Experience in healthcare, clinics, or startups


• Familiarity with CRM tools and/or marketing/PR


• Background or certification in prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) is a strong advantage

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS


• Employment type: Fixed-term (1 year, renewable) or Contract for Service (via Deel as Employer of Record)


• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch)


• Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Indonesian public holidays


• Location: Jakarta, primarily from the client office in Kemayoran


• Travel and field expenses reimbursed as per company policy
