IT & Facility Support

Job Description:

  • Maintenance of Internet at the whole property
  • Handling daily and on-going Internet issues
  • Ensure supervision of consistent daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance of the IT property
  • Research and execute best IT practice for BWork
  • Improvement of Members' network related facilities
  • Communicate with ISPs representative and Router vendors

Other Tasks:

  • Assist Operations Manager in creating the best Customer Journey
  • Involves in Facility Management & Upgrades Planning, Budgeting and Management
  • Assist Operations Manager in daily operation (when needed)
  • Involves in both Operations strategies and planning to reach business goals

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
  • Experience in coworking business is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Bali Based - Uluwatu Area.
