About the role

We are seeking a talented Food Service professional to join our hospital team in Bali. As a food server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our clients in the hospitality industry. You will work collaboratively with our experienced chefs to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold dishes according to menu specifications
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of catering events and functions
  3. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  4. Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
  5. Work as part of a team to support the overall food service operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a food service or catering role
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Passion for delivering high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience
