Food Safety & Hygiene Internship
at Grand Hyatt Bali As an intern in this role, you will support the hotel's commitment to the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being by assisting the team with daily administrative tasks and hygiene monitoring processes.
Your main mission? To help create
distinctive experiences
by ensuring all food safety and hygiene documentation is accurate, complete, and well-maintained. You will assist with internal audit checklists, temperature log verifications, training material preparation, sanitation reports, and coordination with various departments to ensure consistent hygiene practices across the hotel.

Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Public Health, Food Technology, Environmental Health, Hotel Management, or a related major.
- Strong administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage reports and data accurately.
- Interested in food safety, hygiene standards, and the behind-the-scenes operations of a hotel.
- Confident in verbal and written English communication.
- Responsible, discreet, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
- Committed to supporting distinctive guest experiences through hygiene excellence and food safety.
