We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for menu development, food quality, kitchen workflow, cost control, and team leadership to deliver an outstanding culinary experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities


• Create and update menu selections in line with the restaurant's concept.


• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.


• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations and task delegation.


• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members.


• Monitor food cost, inventory usage, and minimize waste.


• Manage purchasing, stock control, and ingredient storage.


• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.


• Collaborate with management and FOH for smooth operations.


• Research culinary trends and introduce menu innovations.

Requirements


• Degree/certification in Culinary/Hospitality is preferred.


• Min. 3–5 years experience as Sous Chef / Head Chef / Executive Chef.


• Strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills.


• Solid knowledge of food cost control and budgeting.


• Creative and detail-oriented.


• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
