Role Overview

As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you'll support the Director in managing the Taste Gallery, Regent's food and beverage philosophy across all venues—restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, in-room dining, and more. You'll lead the team in delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities


• People Management: Oversee staffing, set goals, provide mentorship, and ensure team members are aligned with Regent's Brand Standards.


• Guest Experience: Maintain guest satisfaction, promote Regent's F&B philosophy, and engage with guests to exceed their expectations.


• Operational Excellence: Ensure food and beverage security, waste management, and compliance with food safety standards. Maintain inventory procedures and financial transactions.


• Financial Oversight: Support budget preparation, monitor expenses, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate on F&B promotions and marketing initiatives.
