Runamuk is a brand-new run-centric café and training hub opening soon in Pererenan. Alongside our treadmill room and café, we're launching a Recovery Zone featuring hot and cold baths, a sauna, and a steam room. We're building an opening crew that's energetic, reliable, and excited to help create something special for the local fitness community.

We are looking for a Recovery & Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the recovery facilities and ensure our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and high-quality experience every day.

• Oversee daily operation of the hot and cold baths, sauna, and steam room
• Perform routine water quality checks and equipment monitoring
• Ensure all recovery facilities meet hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the recovery and wet areas
• Support general venue maintenance as needed
• Report issues promptly and coordinate repairs when required
• Work closely with the management team as part of the opening crew to establish high standards from day one

• Experience in facility maintenance, spa/wet-area operations, or similar roles
• Knowledge and experience with water treatment, filtration, and temperature systems
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow systems and checklists
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in wellness and fitness
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed
