We're Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Sanur & Ubud, Bali

Liga.Tennis is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team at our Sanur & Ubud facility. Please see the details below:

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the Liga.Tennis facility in accordance with company standards
  • Confirm client bookings via the Liga.App and direct them to the court
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Liga.Tennis clients
  • Promote and upsell Liga.Tennis products and programs
  • Process payments efficiently using our point-of-sale system (training provided)
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls or WhatsApp messages
  • Ensure all opening and closing shift details are accurately recorded (including system entries and payments)
  • Provide basic and accurate information about our products, events, and campaigns in person, via phone, or email
  • Remind clients about their booking times
  • Maintain the safety and security of the reception area by following proper procedures and access control
  • Ensure cleanliness in all areas of Liga.Tennis (regularly clean reception, courts, and public areas)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any major
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
