About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Receptionist in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.
What You'll Be Doing
- As a receptionist you will responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, guiding them to their rooms, and answering questions about the apartment. They help with guest complaints, keep records organized, and support housekeeping and security by coordinating cleaning schedules, checking room conditions, and ensuring all areas are clean and safe. The receptionist also monitors employee performance and appearance, prepares daily briefings, and handles communication tools like walkie-talkies. If needed, they assist in hiring daily workers and ask security for help with errands or deliveries when available.
What We're Looking For
- More than 1 years of experience in the same position, fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply
- Minimum education Diploma
- Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management
- Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
- Able to innovate well
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
