Job Description
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, access badges, and phone/email correspondence.
- Coordinate with Facility and Security teams for daily building operations and cleanliness checks.
- Record, monitor, and close facility support tickets within the agreed SLA.
- Maintain and update the office supply list; coordinate purchase requests to avoid stockouts.
- Conduct cleanliness inspections and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
- Maintain accurate records for visitor logs, reports, and daily correspondence.
- Support administrative reporting and internal audit documentation (ISO 9001 /
- Deliver timely, polite, and professional communication to internal and external parties.
Job Requirement
Knowledge
Basic facility and office operations management.
- Company security and visitor check-in procedures.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Data entry accuracy and administrative reporting.
Communication and customer service etiquette.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as receptionist, admin, or customer service role.
- Proven ability to manage front desk duties and communication under limited supervision.
Experience in handling facility ticketing or administrative systems preferred.
Technical skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel formulas, Word formatting, Teams scheduling).
- Familiar with facility ticket systems, and access control tools.
- Data entry, email correspondence, and documentation control.
