Role Description

The Food & Beverage Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang. This role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with service staff, addressing guest needs, ensuring product quality, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role also requires proactive management of supplies and contributing to an engaging dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Food & Beverage operations, including managing food service quality and assisting in delivering seamless service.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to effectively address guest needs and liaise with team members.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety practices and standards to ensure compliance and maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Additional qualifications such as prior experience in hospitality or a related field are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate organizational skills, and maintain attention to detail.
