About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Asset Management Staff to join our team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia in Semarang, Central Java. As the Asset Management Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's physical assets to support our operations and drive business success. What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all company assets, including equipment, machinery, and facilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the effective utilization, maintenance, and replacement of assets
  • Conducting regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure optimal asset performance and minimise downtime
  • Analysing asset data and generating reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Collaborating with the finance team to manage asset-related budgets and investments
  • Implementing and monitoring asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or asset management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an asset management or related role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify optimal solutions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of asset management software and computer applications
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
