About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project & GA Manager F&B to join our growing team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, a F&B company based in Semarang and Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key projects and managing general administrative functions for our food and beverage division.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within the F&B division
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless project implementation
  • Oversee general administrative duties such as office management, procurement, and vendor management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and propose solutions to address them

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management or general administration role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to use project management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
