Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communication Specialist located in Semarang. The responsible are ensuring exceptional customer service, managing guest relations, coordinating with the service team, overseeing daily operations, and addressing any guest concerns. The role includes duties such as organizing events, maintaining service quality standards, and supporting the team to provide a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, Bar, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong understanding of F&B and nightlife trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns (both online & offline).

  • Excellent analytical skills — able to interpret marketing data, identify insights, and optimize strategy accordingly.

  • Creative thinker with strong visual sense and storytelling ability.

  • Proficient in social media marketing, influencer collaboration, and community engagement.

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics tools is a plus.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate with internal teams, event organizers, and creative partners.
