You'll lead sourcing efforts, negotiate with suppliers, and connect internal teams with regional partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery. Job Description

A. Mission:
Maintaining Strong Relationships with Existing Suppliers

• Regularly communicate with suppliers through various communication channels, both online and offline.
• Negotiated and Resolve any commercial, financial, timing, or delay-related disputes with suppliers to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and mission.
• Analyse product cost and breakdown to support negotiation.

B. Mission:
Acting as an Intermediary Between the Company and Suppliers

• Serve as a crucial intermediary between the Company Department (Procurement, Social Auditor, and Quality Team).
• Analyze performance reports and communicate them to suppliers.

C. Mission:
Identifying Potential Collaborations with New Suppliers

• Source new suppliers tailored to the company's specific requirements using Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
• Gather supplier data and update the database to create a regional supplier mapping.
• Act as the primary liaison between Tikamoon and the pool of suppliers, ensuring the precise execution of contracts.
• Cultivate a professional communication network while enhancing the company's brand image through visits to Furniture Trade Fairs or Exhibitions.

Requirements

Technical skills:

• Having 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist/ Account Manager/ Merchandiser, or in related positions within the furniture industry is a must.
• Project Management (Time Cost Quality Triangle).
• Comfortable with data and product cost analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PPT.
• Understand the entire woodworking process in the furniture industry in general, including materials (core, supports and accessories).
• Negotiation skill principles.

Cross-disciplinary skills and qualities required:

• Able to speak English in business level is a must (knowledge in another language is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and persuasive.
• Tough Mediator.
• Meticulous, organized and able to set priorities.
• Problem solver, mature, autonomous, proactive, and a good team player.
