Part-time HR Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking part-time HR professionals with established local human resources networks in Semarang to flexibly assist our company in completing the following key tasks:

  • Targeted Recruitment (Focusing on local talent acquisition in Semarang and supplier resource development)
  • Supplier Resource Development (Rapidly establishing a reliable network of HR service partnerships)
  • Campus Recruitment Resource Development (Liaising with universities and experience in organizing campus recruitment projects)

Note: Work is compensated per project/task basis, offering flexible work arrangements.

Core Responsibilities

Local Recruitment Support

  • Proactively source quality talent through local channels, particularly those proficient in Mandarin.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews.

Vendor Sourcing

  • Develop HR service suppliers in Semarang and surrounding areas, including:

  • Outsourcing companies

  • BPJS processing agencies
  • Internship partnership bases for fresh graduates
  • Provide preliminary supplier screening reports (qualifications, quotes, service scope).

Campus Recruitment Focus (Preferred Skill)

  • Liaise with universities or university career centers in Semarang and Java (e.g., UNDIP, UNNES).
  • Maintain university relationships and establish long-term student referral channels.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

Local Resource Network

  • Familiarity with Semarang talent recruitment, possessing existing recruitment channels (e.g., local communities, industry associations),
  • Possession of university career office/student union cooperation resources (for campus recruitment focus),
  • Prior collaboration with reliable outsourcing/BPJS/background check service providers.

Language Proficiency

  • Basic proficiency in either English (reading/writing) or Mandarin (listening/speaking).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, with practical case studies in recruitment and/or supplier development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in organizing or participating in campus recruitment projects, familiar with the operational model of Indonesian universities.
  • Ability to provide references for previously developed suppliers and their performance evaluations.
  • Mandarin communication skills (Not mandatory, but enhances collaboration efficiency).
