Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Training & Development Specialist, located in Batang Central Java, Indonesia. The specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, analyzing employee development needs, creating instructional materials, and designing effective curricullum to enhance employee skills. This role also involves facilitating workshops, monitoring the impact of training sessions, and ensuring the organization's training objectives align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training & Development, including planning and implementing effective training programs
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with employees and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Learning Management System to create comprehensive learning materials
  • Experience in facilitating Trainings and workshops for diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR training and employee development is a must
  • Having experience in Manufacturer Industry is a plus
