Food Wholesale Sales Associate

A whole food nutrition and specialty foods company in Seseh, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Wholesale Sales Associate (Full-Time, Remotely, Jakarta Based)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide an excellent customer service for direct and wholesale customers throughout the buying process
- Actively seek out wholesale customer
- Build rapport and maintain wholesale customers
- Actively comply inventory control to wholesale customers
- Build rapport and maintain communication to direct customers
- Handling customer database and sales report
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and problem resolution
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Remain knowledgeable on products knowledge
- Proactively suggest ways to improve sales
- Encourage positive relationship with teammates and team projects
- Complying with the necessary documentation & system channels to support sales tasks
**Requirements**:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Google Sheets
- Adaptable to dynamic team work environment and channel platforms
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Track record of achieving sales quota
- Working knowledge of customer and business trends and requirements
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Ability to perform problem solving actions in a timely manner
