Overview:
**What can you expect?**

The role will lead and drive Quaker's expansion in General Trade by building scalable growth models and developing effective Route-to-Market strategies for the snacks category. The role also involves unlocking opportunities in local modern trade channels to maximize the snacks business potential and ensure robust market coverage.

**Responsibilities**:
**We will count on you to**:

- Leading Quaker GT Expansion: Driving the growth of Quaker products in the General Trade (GT) segment by building scalable expansion models and strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Unlocking Local Modern Trade Opportunities: Identifying and executing opportunities to grow the snacks business within local modern trade channels, leveraging insights and tailored solutions to maximize shelf presence and sales.
- Developing Snacks GT Expansion: Designing and implementing an effective Route-to-Market (RTM) and distribution model to scale the snacks category in the GT channel, ensuring robust market coverage and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
**What you need to have?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, 8-10 years in distribution management, route-to-market strategy, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, and Proven expertise in scaling distribution networks and managing GT and MT channels.

- Competence in ensuring seamless execution of expansion plans and optimizing distribution processes.
- Ability to tailor solutions for GT and local modern trade environments, meeting unique market needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging partners, presenting strategies, and influencing outcomes.
