Vertical (Direct) Sales Professional

Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned products, services or projects to customers in specified industries who use Siemens products directly in the course of their own investments, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
- Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability.
- Implements workforce development measures.
- Region Indonesia coverage, align with SE GP I SO strategy, especially for customers with Industry of Fiber, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, Customer Service (CS), others
- Dimension of Function/Volume:
- Achieve overall Financial target: Business Volume / BV of I SO Verticals portfolio (OI, Revenue, Gross Profit, EBIT, Free Cashflow) in FY22.
- Achieve quality of specific sales process: LoA Process, maintain and updated Salesforce Pipeline, Digital Sales Marketing, Market Transparency, Sales strategic, and Business ethics compliance.
- Focus on customer, such as: customer engagement, customer proximity, customer support and customer satisfaction
- Focus and develop personel development, such as: leadership, team collaborator, consulatative selling skill, communication skill, people orientation, get close exposure with HQ, etc..
- Contacts (internal/external):
- Internal: Management, Sales, Operation Center, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Cross BUs
- External: End-customers, EPC, OEM, HQ, factories,
- Requirements:
Experience
- Preferably has professional sales experiences in project business and service at relevant Industry Application market (especially Fiber Industry, Oil & Gas) for more than 5 years (Level 3), has organizational / business cycle experience and leadership skill with a proven good track record, has good working experiences and cross functions in international company.
Education, general background
- Preferably has University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instruments, Mechanical, Process Industry, Chemical, IT) - minimum Bachelor degree.
- Speak English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently / Advanced, other languages: Mandarin or German or else would be benefit.
- Has international development training track records are benefit.
Additions/Comments
- Applicant willing to travel and drive across country / mobile mode, 24h/7 available time to serve customer at urgent circumstances (if any), in healthy conditions / has no specific illness, clean medical record in related with drugs. Good attitude, high integrity, take ownership, honest, hard worker.
