**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the provision of loyalty program and reward services
- Adapt to new tendencies and catch opportunities in the market
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement real estate strategy, site selection, deal structuring and terms negotiations
- Directing facilities functions, implementing policies and safety procedures and engaging with supporting vendors
- Overseeing property management and creating operations budgets

Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per targets /per year
- Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts
- Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map
- Generating leads and prospects to wider the business
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets,
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed

**Key Requirements**:

- 10-15 years experience in selling loyalty program/rewards services to FMCG Industry
- Past experience handling multiple verticals would be highly desirable with a strong track record of exceeding business development and sales targets
- Extensive experience in negotiations, written and oral communication, financial analytics modeling and budgeting
- Motivated and comfortable working in an incredibly fast and fluid organization
