**About the VP Sales (Professional Services) Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Manufacturing, O&G, SOEs, Telecommunication, Logistics and other verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in sales, with a focus on large enterprise accounts
- Experience in the professional services industry, particularly outsourcing workforce solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Hunter-minded individual with strong sales skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
