Senior HR Business Advisor

**Job Summary**

We are looking for Senior HR Business Advisor to join our APAC team to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations and performance management matters. Be the primary point of contact for these issues and work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to provide coaching, support, and advice.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's overall HR strategy and objectives while considering the unique requirements and dynamics of the Indonesia market
- Execute HR programs and coaching managers on HR processes, including interpretation of local requirements. Implementation of people change projects, run pulse results and plans at a country level
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia employment laws, labour regulations and requirements, including reporting.
- Drive the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans
- Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture, emphasizing diversity, inclusion
- Advise and support managers and employees on various HR matters, including employment contracts, employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, terminations, and dispute resolutions, taking into account Indonesia labour laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment legislation changes, and best practices in Indonesia, adapting HR processes and practices accordingly

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years HR experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, analytical skills, and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge on Indonesia employment laws, labour regulations and requirements
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in the Indonesia market
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and HR Management best practice
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an evolving and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
