- He/She will act as an HR Advisor to the Head of HR and the company's management team.

**Requirements**:

- Having at least 8 years of experience in the HR advisory role
- Ideally, he/she has management consulting experience with mining industry experience.
- Vital analytical skills and strategy formulate competency.
- Prifessional English Speaking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
