Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program - Policy, Procedure and Process.
Minimal Bachelor degree in Human Resources,/Management from reputable University.

Having 6+ years experiences in HRBP/HRGA position of FMCG Company

Solid HR Operation knowledge with experience in building engagement with Union & respective Government.

Experience in ISO system and 5 R practices will be an advantages.

Experience to handle industrial HR issues.
