Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop effective organization structure and ensuring that the available organizational structure is always updated.
- Manage job analysis, job evaluation, and job description as well as job grading.
- Partner with organizational leaders in creating Job Description and KPIs.
- Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
- Carry out a performance appraisal cycle for all employees.
- Design career development path for various functions.
- Develop Training Need Analysis and running training programs according to company needs.
- Carry out the corporate culture internalization program according to the annual work plan.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in organizational psychology, industrial engineering, Business, or Management from reputable University.
- Having minimum of 2 years experience handle HR - Organizational Development and 2 years handle HR - Generalist.
- Expertise in designing effective organization structure, job analysis, job description, workload analysis, KPIs and performance appraisal, career development path, and company culture.
- Having certification related to OD Program will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, and driving changes.
- Strong leadership, decision making, and developing others.
- Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail oriented and work-organized person.
- Effective communicator.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp7.500.000 per bulan

- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
