Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred;
  • Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience in a multinational company environment, specifically in HR generalist and/or business partnering areas;
  • Solid experience and knowledge in local HR practices and statutory requirements;
  • Proven record of driving and implementing people initiatives;
  • Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed environment;
