**The Position: We’re looking for a HR Executive**

We’re looking forward to hiring a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. You will be responsible for managing the human resources tasks of the company. Be a part of the team who will be responsible for executing the HR procedures such as policies, management procedures and employee engagements

As an HR executive, you will be responsible for HR administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle matters efficiently.

The goal is to own a recruitment process to support the department with the future requirements and enhancement of the company. Be able to have a strong execution with all HR responsibilities and be able to see how to improve the HR system.

**Responsibilities**
- Be involved in recruitment process
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Create and implement onboarding plans for ID staff
- Assists in performance management process
- Ad-hoc administrative HR tasks
- Be involve in learning & development programs
- Support the management of employee grievance
- Be a part of reviewing employment and working conditions

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 by years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, learning & development)
- Have interpersonal skills and with the ability to manager sensitive and confidential situations
- Have organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving - decision
- String ethics and reliability
