Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Michael Page team, you will have the opportunity to drive growth in the domestic market by developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy. You will lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve set objectives and identify new market opportunities to enhance brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the domestic market.
- Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to enhance brand presence and revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
- Sales Management:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Direct marketing efforts to promote our product offerings and brand image through various channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and enhance product positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, experience in furniture industry will be a plus.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales growth, with a focus on project-based sales.
- Strong network and relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategy.
