Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  2. Talent Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and driving retention and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, including CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
