Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Objectives
  1. Designing and Implementing HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives.
  2. Coaching and Developing Senior Leaders: Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and their teams, helping them navigate organizational changes and performance issues.
  3. Buidling a Competitve Organization: Help us attract and retain top talent, enabling us to develop the best products and services for our customers.
  4. Promoting a Positive Culture and Employee Experience: Contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture and improve the overall employee experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic HR positions.
  • Expertise in HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
