Executive Sales Director

Sought after sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and drive hotel sales performance.
About the Role:- Solicit new business opportunities, meet aggressive revenue targets, and achieve strategic room-night and revenue objectives for the hotel.
- Analyze market trends, identify high-profit opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
- Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and guide sales team members, ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective task execution.
- Closely monitor guest feedback, concerns, and suggestions, reporting any valuable insights to the Assistant Director of Sales to enhance ASTON International property services and products.
- Conduct thorough market research, gather competitive intelligence, and share critical findings with the Director of Sales to inform key decisions on market developments.
- Pursue trade show appearances, sales promotions, and other marketing initiatives assigned by the Director of Sales to expand brand presence and engage with target audiences.
- Frequent travel to source markets to establish and nurture relationships with high-value customers and accounts, securing new business opportunities.
- Maintain robust partnerships with travel agents, commercial clients, and other sources of hotel business.
- Coordinate cross-functional events, incentives, and promotions that drive hotel sales and revenue.
- Daily collaboration with Front Office and Food and Beverage Departments to ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality management).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar senior sales role.
