  • Mengatur jadwal rapat direksi dan mengelola dokumen.
  • Mengkomunikasikan dengan berbagai pihak untuk mendukung keputusan direksi.
  • Mengelola persediaan perlengkapan kantor dan mengatur rencana perjalanan dinas karyawan & direksi.
  • Mengembangkan sistem pengarsipan dokumen yang efektif.
Keahlian Utama
  • Pendidikan minimal D3, lebih disukai dari jurusan administrasi dan sekretaris.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office.
  • Riwayat kesehatan yang baik.
