Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales of heavy duty trucks.
  • Conduct market analysis, manage campaigns, engage customers, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and sales data to support business growth.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in coordination with sales management.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Present marketing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience as head of marketing for 3-5 years.
  • Proven ability to manage a team, develop strategies, and handle cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, etc.).
  • Experience in the Heavy Duty Truck industry is preferred.
