About This Role

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager - Demand (APAC) to join our growing team. As a key member, you'll develop and expand relationships with DSPs, agencies, and brands in the APAC region, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve existing client relationships.
  • Conduct introduction calls and meetings with potential clients.
  • Sign agreements and onboard new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Account Management team and provide valuable feedback to Supply and Product teams.
  • Possibly attend industry events in the APAC region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in closing new business in adtech.
  • A self-motivated, high-performing individual who can learn quickly.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills for credibility with executives and business acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full English proficiency.
