Job Description:

At Alamii Food, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our sales team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing sales through both online and offline distribution channels.

You will work closely with our founders to identify, establish partnerships, and build trust with our distribution partners. An ideal candidate would have experience in B2B Sales, possess excellent sales skills, strong business sense, analytical skills, be target-oriented, and excel at building trust with partners.

  • Check stock levels at all account stores
  • Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify prospective account stores
  • Provide regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management & Manager
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Process complaints (exchange, returns) from partners
  • Organize and manage promotional events
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct price checks and competitor benchmarks
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
