About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Sales Excellence & Merchant Experience team as the Senior Manager of Merchant Journey. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to improving merchant satisfaction, reducing onboarding time, and increasing conversion rates.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the merchant onboarding experience by streamlining processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, sales, and other teams
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to leadership
- Communicate complex ideas and results to various audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Maintain a high level of expertise in project management, strategy, and analytics, ensuring continued growth and success
