- Collaboration with internal teams is key to ensuring seamless patient admissions.
- Maintaining market awareness and staying informed about industry developments is essential.
- Leading and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets is a critical aspect of this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in healthcare sales, insurance partnerships, or business development is necessary.
- A strong network and knowledge of the insurance industry and hospital-provider agreements are essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets is desired.
