The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading the manufacture of project and custom-made door and window frames/panels assembled from various components such as aluminum profiles and accessories.



Main Accountabilities:



  • Manage project orders and deliver as per agreed delivery schedules.
  • Plan and schedule production of components, coordinate assembling of various parts, and forecast demand to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Communicate and liaise with distributors regarding all aspects of projects, maintain compliance to company's standard, provide competitive strategy to achieve sales & output targets, and report on project progress.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus & communication skills, possess business acumen to identify potential opportunities, and have planning & organizing, project management & scheduling expertise.


Desirable Skills:



  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Civil/Architecture highly preferred.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and plant/workshop operation, preferably in project management & made-to-order finished goods.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (principal is Italian).
