Your key responsibilities will include:
- Retailing Cartrack's customers through personalized support and timely issue resolution.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell new products and services that enhance customer value.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally.
