About the Role:

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading the business development, sales, and partnership acquiring efforts in Indonesia, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to establish the company as a key player in the Indonesian advertising ecosystem.
  2. Build strategic partnerships with WiFi owners, ensuring a strong network infrastructure for AWING's solutions.
  3. Develop and lead the sales team to target media agencies and brands, driving adoption of AWING's advertising solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies accordingly.
Leadership and Management:
  1. Oversee all aspects of subsidiary operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate governance.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing local team, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.
  3. Develop operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with AWING's global standards.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and partnership acquiring in the media, advertising, or technology industry.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experiences at Manager level or above.
  3. Strong network and influence within the Indonesian advertising and media ecosystem.
  4. Proven track record in scaling business operations and driving revenue growth.
  5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
