Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Country Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in Indonesia.

This includes leading localized campaigns, optimizing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals in Indonesia
  • Leading brand positioning, awareness, and market expansion initiatives
  • Analyzing local market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Working cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, Retail, or FMCG
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign development
  • Digital expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer marketing, and growth hacking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
