About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Demand (APAC) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with DSPs, agencies, and brands across the APAC region. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our performance and omnichannel solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of programmatic advertising strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve existing client relationships.
  • Conduct introduction calls and prospective meetings with potential clients.
  • Sign agreements and participate in the onboarding of new clients.
  • Work closely with the Demand Account Management team and provide valuable feedback to the Supply and Product teams.
  • Attend industry-related events in the APAC region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in closing new business in adtech.
  • Self-motivated, high-performing individual with exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
  • Team player mentality with collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relationship-building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full business proficiency in English.
