About the Role:

The Key Account Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the animal health industry and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with Technical & Marketing to ensure effective implementation of sales, marketing, and technical programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Proactively analyze and identify business opportunities/threats and seek support from NSM, Technical, and Marketing.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints as per global and local regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting and promoting products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary or Animal Husbandry.
  • Prior working sales experience (minimum 7 years) in the animal health industry.
  • Key Account Executive: Demonstrated good track record in selling, marketing, feed distribution, farm management, feed manufacturing, or any agriculture-related industry.
