Key Account Business Partner

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to lead potential products in respective areas, analyze sales data, and develop toolboxes.
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Developing and recommending strategies to enhance sales performance in Modern Trade.
- Designing and developing a toolbox for area teams as program guidelines to enhance sales performance.
- Maintaining the budget used in implementing MT programs through OPPLAN.
- Ensuring alignment between teams to achieve sales performance targets.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to improve communications and provide insights for sales performance enhancement.
- Implementing NKA and LKA initiatives to ensure maximum account performance.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent is required. 2-3 years of experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing are necessary.
Familiarity with product knowledge, account management, promotion effectiveness, company and business knowledge, financial acumen, effective negotiation, and analyzing data is preferred.
