In this role, you will drive sales process in collaboration with the Sales Manager and generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales for electrification business within Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Preparing sales plans using company tools and performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers and identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know
- how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
- Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager and ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and in electrical market.
- Experience handling building projects and customers with typical contractor & developer market while having consultant network will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Low Voltage product offering which includes wiring accessories (switch and socket) and din rail (MCB, RCCB, MCB Box) product.
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite with excellent presentation skills required.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa.
