We are looking for a Partnership Success Associate for our dynamic and lean Business Development team in Jakarta. Our ideal teammate will have a blend of broader recognition of digital channels, project management, and business acumen. You’re comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a fintech in growth mode, while also having an eye for the nuances that make or break a brand

**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to grow the business size and opportunities
- Conduct and plan Go to Market initiatives with partners to acquire eligible leads in SME segment
- Understand the partnership products and flow
- Identify potential strategic plan or initiative to grow partnership performance
- Monitor and evaluate performance or progress of existing partnerships
- Make sure smooth end-to-end flow for partner’s users
- Manage and be collaborative with multiple internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Min. 2-5 year experience in sales or account management
- Experience in business development or partnership is a plus
- Experience in financial services or startups is a plus
- Target oriented personality and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills; Both written and verbal
- Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced working environment
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, with proven ability to optimise both internal and external contacts.
- Good self/time management skills
