Human Resource and General Affair Executive

Responsibilities
**1. Recruitment and selections**: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of new employees, including job advertising, interviews, and reference checks.
**2. Performance Management**: Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, as well as managing performance review processes and development improvement plans.
**3. Employee Relations**: Handling conflicts among employees, ensuring company policies are adhered to, and providing support to employee regarding personal or professional issues.
**4. Facilities Management**: Ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities, including building maintainance, HVAC systems, and other facilities.
**5. Inventory Management**: Responsible for inventory stock, procurement of items, and inventory storage management.
**6. Expense Management**: Managing the company’s budget and monitoring expences within the GA department.
Bachelor's degree or at least 3 (three) years relevant HR experience.
Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
Experience in Human Resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, Industrial relation, and BPJS.
**Required language(s)**: Bahasa Indonesia, English
Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung - Jakarta Timur and can be join ASAP
