Mengatur, mengontrol dan melaksanakan program employer branding untuk meningkatkan awareness talent eksternal terhadap perusahaan agar tertarik untuk melamar ke perusahaan
- Menyusun dan menjalankan aktivitas employer branding melalui berbagai media dengan tujuan meningkatkan awareness talent eksternal terhadap perusahaan agar tertarik untuk melamar ke perusahaan.
- Menyusun dan mengkomunikasi nilai dan budaya perusahaan, employee value proposition (EVP), program dan aktivitas perusahaan dan kekaryawanan baik ke internal karyawan atau eksternal untuk menarik lebih banyak peminat dari luar dan mempertahankan karyawan yang ada di internal.
- Menjalin hubungan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak untuk melakukan aktivitas employer branding untuk memperluas sumber rekrutmen dan meningkatkan jumlah database pelamar.
- Merekomendasikan strategi employer branding yang efektif
- Mengusulkan kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak yang relevan untuk untuk aktivitas employer branding
- Menyusun aktivitas untuk komunikasi internal karyawan
- Usia Maksimal 35 Tahun
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Marketing, Komunikasi, Graphic Design
- Pengalaman Minimum 2 Tahun sebagai Employer Branding
